Brad came out to measure up and also tell me about the quality and warranty with the plantain shutters I wanted. Brad also advised the best type of shutters for my master bedroom. The technician came to install the shutters and he was amazing and showed me how to tighten the shutters if I had to. Cleaned up his mess and took my old blinds away with no problem. That’s why I’m getting them back to do the rest of my house
